Vice President - Secured Lending - BFSI (15-23 yrs)
An incredibly rare opportunity for a banking professional with 15+ years of experience in lending business and will be responsible for taking charge of lending originations and keeping level of governance, compliance & Operational developments. You will also be responsible for detailing the requirement of lending to decision making authorities.

Responsibilities :
- Studying the market pertaining to priority sector lending
- Helping the team in finding new opportunities for lending business.
- Reviewing, appraising and detailing the requirement of lending to decision making authorities.
- Taking charge of In-organic lending originations (securitization).
- Coordinating with different departments for closure of the cases and conversion of the same.
- Keeping level of Governance, Compliance & Operational developments and highlighting concern areas timely.
- Carrying periodic reviews of business plan with relationship manager- s/product managers from business units.
Requirements :
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in lending business and banking experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills both in oral and writing.
- Should be self-motivated and adaptable to the dynamic and fast-paced work environment
