Role Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as VP of Sales or similar leadership role in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
