Qualification - Degree from the good pedigree Institute
Location - Bangalore
- Incumbents with strong experience in B2B Sales OR Enterprise sales may apply
- Applicants MUST HAVE handled an annual Sales turnover of Rs. 2000+ Crores
- Candidate should possess strong experience in heading a business
- Exposure in handling DOMESTIC clients is required.
- Applicants will be responsible for Sales and Account Management Teams pan India.
- Applicants will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
- Applicants who are currently at VP/CXO level are eligible.
- Will be Responsible for Client Growth and penetration of existing client accounts through strong team management and deliverables.
- Applicants will be responsible for defining strong sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
- Looking for applicants who can handle large accounts & manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction which thereby enables repeat business and put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function.
- Applicants will be responsible in providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting, compile information related to customer and prospect interactions, Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
- A candidate who possesses excellent Communication skill, Team handling, and Presentation skills can apply.
- Experience in services industry is mandatory.Incumbents from IT services, ITeS, Telecom, BFSI sectors would suit the role well
- Incumbents should present be under the compensation bracket of Rs.70L & upwards
- Strong stability in job profile is highly desired
