Job Responsibility :
- PBT [Profit before Tax] for the Region / Division / Zone Manage the Branch's in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration.
- New Initiatives: Process/ People / Product/ Training & Hand holding the team
- Build a high Quality Loan portfolio for the division of 2-4 Areas.
- Responsible to Achieve targeted for the Region
- Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
- Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity in the region for Micro finance/Micro LAP/HF/AGRI/New product
- Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results
- Handholding team of Branch Managers/Cluster Managers/Area Managers to achieve desired targets
- Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection
- Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player
- To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
- Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
- Responsible for training team members on product & handhold
