Vice President - Sales - Residential Segment - Real Estate (6-20 yrs)
Looking for candidates with prior experience in Residential Sales based out of Bangalore from:
a. Leading Real Estate Developer
b. IPCs
Job Description:
Strategic :
- Formulate an overall Sales strategy for the residential business in order to create brand value.
- Develop a desired market positioning for the properties with the support of the Marketing department
- Providing inputs to management on geographies to be focused on for future developments
Financial :
- Preparation of annual business plan, growth expectations/ projections (revenue and profits) and put up the same to the board for approval.
Sales :
- Thoroughly understand details of the development and help the agency in translating the same into articulated write-ups for marketing collateral
Project Branding :
- Plan and execute project launches/broker and bankers meet / press conferences etc.
Operational :
- Putting in place standard operating procedures for taking over from project department and subsequent handover of flats to clients
- Final handover of the project to the association
Legal & CRM :
- Ensure the CRM team provides all necessary support to the clients at various stages and as required.
MIS Reporting :
- Analyze the reports highlighting the revenues and expenses from various marketing activities conducted on a periodic basis
