- Responsible for the Business management of Refining Services BU.
- Managing customers in the various domains including Petroleum and Petrochemical segment.
- Managing topline of 2300 Cr.
- Territorial expansion in Saudi Arabia and New Business Development in sectors like Glass.
- Appointment of new Channel partner in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Prepared Approach paper, Business Plan, Budget, JD, SoP for Sales, and competency mapping for the team.
- Development of a cross-functional team for better customer engagement.
- Creation of Customer First Culture
