Job description-
1. Formulate management policies for different centres according to the business development stage and strategy orientation, including but not limited to: contract management, negotiations, sales performance incentive, agent management, business distribution, etc. and promote implementation and tracking;
2. Analyze and interpret corporate operations data in-depth, monitor all links, find existing problems and assist in developing corresponding solutions;
3. Optimization of the overall Operations process, promote the systematic support required by the Sales processes and facilitate cross-team communication, coordination and project promotion of the team;
4. Team handling and leading experience are necessary
Job requirement-
1. Graduate in management/commerce. A Masters degree is preferred;
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
3. Good communication and expression ability, executive ability and anti-pressure ability.
4. Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems.
