- Responsible for drawing company-wide sales plans on PAN INDIA basis in line with annual sales budgets & company business plans.
- Responsible for achieving sales revenue targets
- Understanding of the market, including trends, technologies, products, and players and pitching across for revenues
- Controlling Sales promotions budgets and spends
- Managing internal and external communication with agencies/consumers /media.
- Evaluating progress and providing various statistical and narrative reports regarding Sales activities and revenue related
- Maintain Sales team resources - coaching, training and development and monitoring of sales teams and create an efficient sales organization. Responsible for making high performance sales team.
