Vice President - Sales & Marketing - Real Estate (15-20 yrs)

We are hiring for Leading Real Estate Giant and seeking a high caliber Individual who will be responsible for Sales strategy execution, building and nurturing channel partner relationships, understanding consumer behaviour and influencing customer experience and developing the sales systems and processes.


- Responsible for looking after the entire sales operations of projects.

- Developing and driving sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.

- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries, methods and results.

- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve targets.

- To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans.

- Must have good liaison with channel partners.

- Maintain and update regular MIS to the management.

- To have regular meetings with the team to resolve customer issues.


- A minimum of 15 years is required in Sales and Marketing.

- Experience in Planning and Implementing Sales Strategies.

- Experience in Customer Relationship Management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.

- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

- Must have the ability to head the sales and marketing team and CRM team.

- Excellent leadership and people skills.

- Target oriented professional.
