Vice President - Sales & Marketing - FMCG (16-26 yrs)

Position Purpose : 

- VP will report to Board of Director(s) with a focus on sales, marketing and its inter-related strategy. He or she is tasked with managing the growth of overall sales and marketing - General Trade, Modern Trade and Institutional divisions.

- With a cognizance on improving the top and bottom-line performance across all the sales related activities, he or she - would be defining and implementing required sales and marketing strategies across all products and segments.

- Drive the revenue growth by monitoring, mentoring and reviewing the sales performance across all the defined regions and segment of the organisation.

- Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long term objectives developed in tandem with the overall companies strategies.

- Responsible for expanding the existing and new business further to opportunity identification. Expand and improve existing Product development, distribution channel management and customer service.

- Overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization's sales, marketing and advertising initiatives. Plan and prepare the annual business plans along with the execution road map.

- Foresee the market scenarios and trends and suggest the right product strategies, marketing strategies and sales approach across all key segments. Define framework to improve the sales through successful marketing using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communication, advertising and public relations.

- Ensure the vertical and horizontal growth of key segments. Develop holistic marketing, consumer and trade plans and oversee (track) the plans for execution.

- Preparation of the strategic road map for new product launches. Build programs and review structure to ensure the desired target is achieved.

- Assessing performance of staff by maintaining formal performance review documentation, developing a training and development plan to ensure employees are satisfactorily trained and competent to function correctly and safely across their duties, and ensuring goals and objectives are communicated and reviewed to motivate, develop and retain talent.

- Ensure 100% compliance towards regulatory, statutory and legal requirements.
