Vice President - Sales and Marketing:  - Determine the Annual sales goals in line with corporate objectives through:  - Product sales trends in different market  - Latest consumer trends  - Pricing and discounting strategy  - Achieve marketing and sales objectives through  - Strategic planning and implantation of Sales and Marketing initiatives  - Setting systems for monitoring implementation of strategies  - Build a team of sales and marketing professionals through induction of new people along with current team members. Major focus should be given on recruitment of right people, training and performance evaluation of the team members  - Plan, develop, implement right demand generation strategy mix through:  - Right TG identification  - Right media mix to suit the marketing budget and revenue targets  - Keeps a good budgetary control over the logistics, sales and marketing expenses  - Should lead the team for conceptualizing and positioning products against competition and should drive the R&D team to develop these products  - Maintain excellent relations with the key customers and influencers  Skills :  - Communication  - Marketing concepts  - People management  - Understanding the consumer  - Market research  Experience:  - Should have 15+ years experience in Sales, Marketing especially in the companies where New Brands/ products were launched and made successful. Experience in Mid-sized FMCG companies would be preferred  Age: Less than 40
