Vice President - Sales & Marketing Automation - AgriTech/Internet/eCommerce (8-18 yrs)
VP Sales & Marketing Automation
Roles:
- Partner with other members of the management team to execute the company's strategic plan, and develop future plans
- Architect, implement and maintain the overall customer journey
- Continuously improve the customer experience and guide our Marketing & Sales teams in scaling revenue rapidly
- Eliminate human interactions, and automate processes to transparently serve the needs of all internal departments
- Lead and evolve our Call center team from a tele sales into a customer experience unit, maintain team size and not grow it
- Own and manage our CRM landscape
- Develop a comprehensive analytical framework together with our Data Science team
Job requirements:
- Over eight years in Process & Data-centered leadership roles
- Proven track-record in strongly driving growth in a marketplace or ecommerce business
- Some years of experience in a top-ten management consultancy firm as a strong plus
- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy, the backbone to challenge the status quo
- History of decision-making based on business metrics
- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
- Strong communicator with excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong presentation skills proven at the C-level
