Skill Required:

- Strong understanding of HVAC market, customer and dynamics for Central air cooling product & project sales along with air handling & air distribution product sales.

- Deep personal connects with influencers, corporate clients & government bodies.

- Confident presentation skills, tact to handle techno commercial matters in convincing manner.

- Proficient in computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Presentation, Word, Excel, etc).

- Should posses excellent written & verbal communication skills in English language.

- Willingness to travel very frequently on short notice as per customer demands.

- Strong capability in building relationships with unknown persons with strong marketing and sales skills inbuilt in the DNA.

Job Duties:

- Develop business strategies including pricing, market identification, competitor analysis, understand market strategy business by identifying and cooperating with consultants and influencers to meet sales target in residential, institutional, industrial & commercial segments.

- Manage the complete sales & marketing as HOD of the department for complete range of products including ductable evaporative coolers, prefab ducts, ABS air terminal devices, Air Purifier and future HVAC products for PAN India market.

- Conceptualising, planning, implementing & estimation of sales & marketing strategies to drive growth in above business.

- Conduct market research using inhouse team and inputs from contractors, consultants to identify growth opportunities & areas.

- Visit as and when required to locations to provide necessary support to sales team, handle key customers and plan sales strategies.

- Develop the brand and increase sales of products in all segments by participating in exhibitions and conducting sales presentations.

- Develop, nurture and establish a strong sales and service dealer network.

- Establish business development program with key opinion makers especially HVAC Consultants, Influencers and leading Architects.

- Working on a yearly profit centre basics, developing marketing plan including inbound and outbound marketing including physical & digital ways.

- Liaisoning with regulating authorities especially ministry and various government departments to spec in the products & increase sales.

- Manage key accounts and generate corporate clients to increase sales.

- Build up and maintain a motivated sales / marketing & service team. Make & review detailed business plan for the year, define KPI & KRA for each team member, review monthly & quaterly performance parameters to manage the business as a dedicated profit centre.

- Penetrate and establish the product range in Commercial Segment - Hotel, Hospital, Commercial complexes, Malls, Educational Institutes, Places of worship, etc. and in Industrial Segment- Textile, Engineering, Auto & Auto Ancillary, Printing, Packaging, Food processing, Rubber, Glass, Lighting, Pharma, etc.

- Establish and strengthen reporting system for Sales and Service team for monitoring and achievement of the customer contact & satisfaction program.

- Periodically review the Operating Guidelines for the entire business so as to improvise & standardize the system and maintain quality of installation and service.

- Working in co-ordination with ISHRAE and associate societies to foster growth of operations.

- Working as a profit centre ensuring healthy YOY business growth.
