This role is responsible for handling Sales &amp; Marketing of Acute division, Customer Relationship Management, Channel Management, Business Strategy, Market Research, Strategy, Branding, Business Development, Bottom-line/P&amp;L Management. Responsible for leading sales and marketing team of more than 350 people and business value of Rs.100+cr business SBU Operations : &nbsp; - Leading and managing SBU operations. - Establishing short term and long-term goals, budgets, forecasts and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals. - Formulating and monitoring business plans for enhancing business growth. - P&amp;L Management, Inventory management, Pricing, monitoring sales and marketing activities. Sales &amp; Marketing - New Business Opportunity : - Exploring newer business opportunities. - Fine tuning sales &amp; marketing strategies as per market requirement. - Analysing Sales trends &amp; Market behaviour to provide valuable inputs for enhancing product sales. - Providing direction for executing newer launches in sync with regional characteristics. - Identifying &amp; networking with prospective KOLs. Team Management : - Recruiting &amp; training at various level: Managerial Development Programs - Monitoring the performances of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting individual &amp; group targets. - Conducting meetings for setting up sales objective and designing process to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations. - Devising Robust incentive plan for performing Team Qualification &amp; Experience : - Graduate with 20+ years of experience, Post-graduation in the relevant stream will be an added advantage.
