- Responsible for sales of residential property through Institutional, Corporate, Direct, IPCs, local brokers, HNI's & NRI- s
- Understand finalized quantum of residential space, architectural drawings, pricing strategy & expected rates for the residential project & prepare detailed sales presentation
- Formulate list of potential clients through available market data and create right perception in market
- Identify various channel partners to be empanelled across locations; develop strategy for each category; Coordinate with Marketing team for launch events by inviting channel partners
- Make effective sales pitch to clients, site inspections with all queries promptly handled
- Manage effective negotiations & closing of deals in a timely & effective manner
- SOP for taking over from project department & subsequent handover of flats to clients
- Drive sales team to achieve targets; recruit & retain key people, mentor & groom high-potentials
- Work closely with Channel Partners (Property Consultants and Brokers), Clients (Indian and Multinational Companies), HNI's & NRI- s
