Job Responsibilities:

- Seasoned Professional in LAP - Sales

- Team handling experience

- Handling Complete Maharashtra & West Zone

- New Business development by appointing new DSA & referrals in the open market.

- Evaluating Financials and interaction with customers to understand the business and financials

- Data analysis and MIS reporting

- Recruitment, training, retention, and retrenchment of team members

- Monitoring of File process and maintaining TAT.

- Reporting of Competition and market information.

- Track sensitive customer accounts to control delinquency.

- Sourcing profitable business by balancing CoA with fee-based income.

- Implementing process for the sales and marketing operations and accountable for growth.

- Conduct market research and surveys to keep pace with the changing market trends and competitor moves.

- Selecting & deciding the right distribution channel for the product and implementing the right pricing and promotional policies

- Achieve business targets in the designated territory via the existing dealer network, identifying new opportunities for growth.

- Develop and maintain the dealer distribution network for the achievement of primary and secondary sales.

- Responsible for recruitment and training of personnel and team members to deliver quality service in the market.

- Provide direction and motivation to the sales team and distributors about the product for enhancing the overall performance

- Coordinated with customers to communicate the product, pricing, and building brand image.

- Focused on customer satisfaction by handling customer feedback and minimizing customer grievances.
