Duties and responsibilities :
- Design & set up offline distribution network
- Design Org structure and hire the complete offline sales team
- Develop multiple sales & marketing mix models to unlock growth
- Scale up distribution to over 25K stores in 2 years across 10 cities
- Management of P&L & Cash flow for the sales system
- Optimizing supply chain to aid sales system
- Establishing & building business with Key Accounts across Modern Trade
- Executing shopper science and instore programs
Qualifications & Experience :
- Strong experience in FMCG sales across both GT & MT channels
- Experience in personal care categories preferred
- Experience in hiring and managing large teams
- Self starter who is willing to get their hands dirty
- Hungry for disproportionate growth
