Duties and responsibilities :&nbsp; - Design &amp; set up offline distribution network - Design Org structure and hire the complete offline sales team - Develop multiple sales &amp; marketing mix models to unlock growth - Scale up distribution to over 25K stores in 2 years across 10 cities - Management of P&amp;L &amp; Cash flow for the sales system - Optimizing supply chain to aid sales system - Establishing &amp; building business with Key Accounts across Modern Trade - Executing shopper science and instore programs Qualifications &amp; Experience :&nbsp; - Strong experience in FMCG sales across both GT &amp; MT channels - Experience in personal care categories preferred - Experience in hiring and managing large teams - Self starter who is willing to get their hands dirty - Hungry for disproportionate growth Performance Indicators:&nbsp; - Overall Revenue - Cash Management - Number of unique stores presence - Team Engagement Ratings
