Vice President - Sales - FinTech (8-15 yrs)

Job Description :

- Become a Banking Solutions expert and combine your knowledge and understanding of the customer's business to value sell with creative, tailored and business contextual pitches/presentation

- Evangelize the brand over many channels and media with partners, incubators, accelerators and customers

- Own and close complex sales cycles, involving several stakeholders and intra organizational teams

- Collaborate with pre-sales to respond to RFI/RFP and business solution along with basic tech feasibility

- Create and nurture a strong qualified pipeline and accurately forecast and manage your pipeline, sales activity and revenue attainment

- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement

- Hire and develop sales staff

- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives

- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction

- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required

- Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function

- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships

VP -Sales will be a position based out of Mumbai. The position needs extensive travelling
