We are looking for a seasoned financial service professional with core expertise in Prepaid Cards financial services ecosystem to build Employee Benefits solutions. The right candidate will bring the optimum mix of product, business, Sales, distribution, and execution acumen to the table. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent practical experience - 7+years of experience in the Banking Domain with deep expertise in Credit, Prepaid Cards, Payments, Insurance, Savings, etc. Preferred Qualification: - MBA or advanced professional degree. - Deep understanding of the banking products, functions, distributions, and hands of experience on the workings of Prepaid Card and Card associated financial services i.e Credit, tax saving, health, Insurance, etc.. Experience with driving results in a matrixed organization and ability to influence without authority - Excellent analytical skills, creative problem-solving, a sense of ownership, and a proactive can-do attitude. Excellent partnerships and communication skills illustrating the ability to quickly get things done across both technical and business domains - Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment, leadership skills, and ability to communicate with executives and senior management teams - Demonstrated thought-leadership, relationship building, and management skills, with internal stakeholders and external partners Responsibilities PRODUCT : - Work closely with engineering and product teams to build reliable and scalable payment &amp; Credit products and features. - Work with financial services partners with the objective of building products/features and improving user experience PARTNERSHIPS : - Develop business plans and manage partnerships to offer value-added services for Advantage Club users. Build relationships with existing and potential financial services partners, manage complex partnerships to achieve business goals. SALES &amp; DISTRIBUTION : - Core asks from this profile is to take care of the sales and distribution function of the Financial products and services HIRING AND TRAINING: Build the right team for the product across functions and provide training for them to excel at their job.
