Vice President - Sales - EdTech - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (10-15 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop the growth strategy and implementation plan to achieve the top line target
- Develop & Implement system hygiene and processes to drive healthy contribution margins
- Create and implement an outreach plan (GTM) for current and future clients
- Grow revenue through upselling and through cohesive relationship management (KAM)
- Drive initiatives to ensure high engagement and customer retention
- Define the strategy and implementation plan to improve customer NPS and drive delight
- Partner with marketing to run local events to generate awareness, initiate client acquisition and support all revenue acceleration plans
- Lead, mentor and develop a high potential team
Desired Profile:
- MBA from Tier 1 colleges
- 10-15 years of experience
- Held Sales / P&L accountability for a large setup either at a National or Zonal level 2. Should have managed large teams
