- Stakeholder/ Account Management-Manage clients at CXO to CXO-2 level

- Operations- Create & Manage Distributed sales and operations teams for the clients. Onboard new clients nad create SOP's for execution

- Lead a diversified and Regional/ National team

- Ensure Best Practices are accepted uniformly across regions and teams

Demonstrated Expertise

- Account Management & Account Mining

- Levels Anchored - CXO to atleast CXO-2 .

- Discernible year on year increase in Revenue per account

- Commercial Negotiations

Operations

- Managed a distributed sales set-up

- Lead large Sales team in B2C

- Understand Sales Processes and multi state / Regional sales operations & Managed P&L

- Marketing / Business Development

- People development is key strength

Profile

- Experience - 15-20 years total experience, with at least 3 years in a Leadership role wherein the person has anchored a regional or national B2C Sales team

- Excellent Engagement & Executive presence

- Superior Communication Skills

- People Development Superstar
