Vice President - Sales - Emerging Startups Sector

- Seeking Digital and Emerging Technology Sales people working/Consulting in the Consumer Internet Space/Sharing Economy/Digital & Tech Startups

- Consulting/Business Development and CXO Level Connect sought

- Thought Leadership and strong domain knowledge of disruptive and innovative technologies

- The role will be in a specialty line of Risk Consulting and Insurance Broking. Knowledge of Liability insurance will be a plus

- Deal Origination experience is a must

- Consulting with New Age Digital and Technology including Startups (unicorns) in the making.

- Understanding their risks and mitigating through a consultative and analytics based solutions.

- The role requires strong B2B Consultative based sales experience with CXOs - to ensure focus on consistent results delivery and lead team smoothly through the sales cycle. Mix of hunting/closing/business development activities.

- The Sales Lead will have the opportunity to define, evolve and develop new business model and products to meet (and exceed) business goals and expectations.

The role works with specialty Business line of risk consulting and Insurance Broking

Responsibilities

- Drive and achieve sales target for Cloud Applications.

- Support teams closely in sales activities, keeping sales cycle under control and being personally engaged with the customers

- Set goals, objectives and KPIs and review/monitor the performance and take action to ensure targets and business objectives are achieved

- Drive Sales programs execution by the team in order to address identified target markets

- Establish strong, lasting and collaborative relationships with the CXOs of B2B Digital and technology companies in sharing

Qualifications

- Engineer Preferably Computer Science or IT

- MBA from Premier Institute

Experience: 6 to 10 years of stable experience

Location : Mumbai/Bangalore
