Role : - VP - Sales / Business Development (Technology Sales - India Market)

Location - Bangalore

Nature of work :

- The incumbent would be responsible for Business Development / Sales of the companies products and solution to Large Accounts ( Global Captive Setups) thereby achieving the sales target

Qualification and Experience :

- MBA and/ or engineer with specialization in sales & marketing.

- Experience of selling S/W products / IT enabled solutions with min 14+yrs experience into Sales & at least 4 to 6 years of software solutions sales experience of Selling to Large Captive Accounts in Domestic Market

Skill Set Required :

- Strong track record of selling high value based software solutions.

- Understands the Sales Process with Large Global Clients in their Domestic Captive Setups.

- Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition

- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.

- Strong account management and business acumen

- Experience of working with Systems Integrators / Partners on large and complex deals.

- Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis

- Developing relationships at decision making level of customer organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Revenue Generation from New Account and direct sales and marketing of companies products/services

- Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting them to satisfied customer

- Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical

- Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects

- Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures

- Positioning of companies products and solutions

- Effective Account Management and Customer Relationship - Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat purchases upgrades and cross sales of companies products and solutions

- Demonstrated excellence in giving presentation and arranging demonstration of the products in different government sectors, influencing the specification of the product and making the company strong even if tender comes out

- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in government segment.

- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.

- Enable the team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutions.
