Qualification: PG / Graduate
Experience: 5 - 7 years of relevant exp.

They are a one-point shop for all the investment needs of a customer targeting specifically towards the retail customers who require a very strong relationship driven approach towards value investing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop robust sales strategies and identify innovations in business development.
- Driving business & ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving /surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach & creating new sales / leads opportunities.
- Ability to lead & recruit relevant sales professionals (specially BMs, Area Heads etc.) to enable scaling up of the business including broking (80%) as well as WM products (20%).
- Responsible for profit & loss of the vertical as per the strategic plan.
- Sound understanding of Equities, Mutual Funds, PMS and alternative investments are critical for the job.
- Ability to directly build and manage HNI & UHNI relationships.
- Would be responsible for expanding the client base in all regions through combination of both direct as well as indirect channel.
- A real Team player with ability to motivate and encourage the reporting team to excel in performance and achieve results.
Job Requirements:
- Leadership skills are a must.
- Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modelling and analysis
- Excellent communication (oral & written),
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills will self-driven approach.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
Salary Budget: INR 15 - 18 LPA (along with additional Incentives & reimbursements)
