Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President Sales & Marketing to lead and manage our sales and marketing initiatives within the real estate sector.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the companys growth strategy, driving revenue, and elevating brand presence.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of relevant experience, including 810 years in senior leadership roles, with a proven track record in driving sales performance and developing high-impact marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy & Planning:


- Develop, implement, and oversee strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

- Identify target markets and customer segments, and tailor strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership & Development:


- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing sales and marketing teams.

- Establish performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.

Market Analysis & Business Development:


- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide decision-making.


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth areas.

Client & Stakeholder Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, channel partners, and investors.

- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Brand & Digital Marketing:


- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and lead generation.

- Guide brand positioning, messaging, and communication efforts across all platforms.

Reporting & Forecasting:


- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and revenue forecasts to the senior leadership team.

- Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and results.


Qualifications & Skills:


- MBA in Marketing or a related discipline from a reputed institute.

- 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 810 years in leadership roles, preferably in the real estate sector.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Deep understanding of marketing principles, digital platforms, and branding.

- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment and manage cross-functional teams
