- Overall administration, channel management and development of trade partners
- Own and exceed sales targets
- Recruiting, motivating and driving the sales team with energy and enthusiasm
- Building distribution & dealer network and managing distributors to ensure sales plan is achieved as per defined objectives
- Conducting Retailer visits to enhance product visibility and majorly covering hardware, electrical, sanitary ware, paints, tiles outlets.
- Based on market visit, highlight the gaps in the market and develop action plans for sales team
- Sales forecasting, inventory planning and management.
- Receivable management
- Develop plans to build and grow the business and expand brand visibility
- Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional strategies to boost sales.
- Design and implement schemes and offers distribution channel and consumers.
