VP Revenue Assurance Responsibilities : - Leading, Directing, and overseeing collection operations - Transform and restructure premium payment mechanisms to provide a superlative experience - Develop the right strategy to drive Renewal collections, 13th to 61st-month persistency, and retain customers who approach us to surrender. - As the National Head of Revenue Assurance, the role-holder will need to grow renewal collections with efficiencies and thereby contribute to the organization's profitability Key Focus Areas : - Business planning - Oversee business plan and guide teams on renewal and persistency projections - Study changing channel mix and product mix to provide guidance to define accurate business projections - Analytics & Collection channel efficiency - Collaborate with Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) to enhance lapsation models for different channels - Define action palate based on analytics and consumer segments - Drive KPI of cost of collections - Renewal collections and Persistency Management - Lead and work with teams towards monthly plans - Formulate strategies depending on change in product mix - Create campaigns with focus on product, mode for call Centre to improve conversions - Drive KPI of renewal collections and persistency Managing Enablers : - Communication - Contact Centre - Retention specialist - Provide leadership to teams through structured reviews with contact centre and Retention specialists - Ensure SLAs are met and collection costs are improved - Drive consumer experience on collection processes - Oversee quality metrics - Ensure insights are effectively looped back in the form of controls at sales \ onboarding stage. Channel management - Work with business teams and partners to create strategies on renewal collections - Create campaigns for sales teams using sales force automation tools - Collaborate and create incentive plans and contests for sales teams. - Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve persistency Digital collections - Work with teams to drive collections through digital modes including autopay collections - Identify, develop and champion best practices model in the digital area; Introduce latest \ new-age payment mechanisms in line with market trends - Manage registration and extraction of autopay \ SI mandates Team management - Provide guidance to teams on strategic work areas - Work on strategic projects and develop team - Train the team for larger roles
