- To formulate and execute the plan of retails stores in India. The person will work with the CEO and COO to create and execute the whole retail strategy. - Evaluate various options to finalize the initial launch plan of the retail store - Set up the first set of retail stores at select locations - Improvise on the plan based on the response of the stores - Plan the scale-up of retail stores across India based on the final plan Skill Set Required: - The person should have approx. 12-15 years- experience in retail. - The person should have been involved in launch strategy, supply management, and staffing. - The person would be responsible to set up the entry into the retail store's launch of company from scratch. - Open to looking at people from Industry, but a person should have managed 500-1000+ store launches in India.
