Vice President - Research & Development - Two Wheelers Segment - Automobiles (20-25 yrs)
The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate with leadership level experience into NPD , R&D and Technology Development in a Two Wheeler Manufacturing Company.
KRA's :
- Mentoring R&D projects to build ever growing technology stacks at the company.
- Continuously improve BOM, process and other costs of product which are dependent on engineering efforts
- New product development (NPD) and application engineering
- Setting-up engineering processes to enable faster TAT and product reliability.
- Defining and implementing R&D roadmap, milestones and approaches to meet the objectives by the R&D team.
- Nurture existing technology platforms and develop new tech platforms relevant to industry requirements.
- Helping the manufacturing team to build processes and set up assembly lines as per ideal cost/ conversion.
. Leading various R&D teams to meet organizational goals of new technology development.
- Help identifying and shortlisting supplier companies for manufacturing setup.
