Vice President - Renewals & Persistency - Insurance

- Primarily responsible for designing and driving specific campaigns to ensure Organization's Renewals targets are met

- Conceptualize & implement new initiatives to drive improvement in Persistency across all vintage buckets leading to an increase in In-Force policy count

- Conceptualize & implement new initiatives to drive improved Customer Contactability

- Able to understand trends in the Fintech space to help increase Digital adoption in renewal payments

- Engagement and coordination with sales channels for 13th month

- Effectively driving a team of specialists

- Analyze and share critical inputs with the Leadership Team
