Vice President

- Relationship management role with product focus being debt restructuring, Negotiation settlements, recapitalization etc.

- Incumbent must have proven abilities of managing promoter level relationships with clients across Mid and Large corporate segments

- Experience in understanding and decoding financial statements & company ledgers is a must have.

- It is a pure fee-based business and advisory service designed to help stressed entities, does NOT involve lending.

- The incumbent should have a flair for acquisition and hunting

- Should independently be able to originate business, be a self-starter and open door for new opportunities

- It is ok if the candidate does not have relevant Special Situations product understanding, necessary support will be provided
