Job Description:

Work closely with Global Consumer Risk Management, Finance Risk Infrastructure and Technology to work out implementation plans of various projects related to RRTS (Retail Risk Target State) across Asia Consumer businesses

Provide guidance to Country In-Business Risk teams in Asia and monitor the progress to ensure timely completion all required tasks as according to the project timeline

Acquire additional and enhance the quality of existing retail account level data according to the standard data definition

Perform User Acceptance Test or Data Quality Checks to ensure quality of data acquired

Conduct Report Validation to ensure the accuracy of various regulatory and internal risk reporting etc.

Oversee/monitor the monthly RRTS production data submission and reporting processes as well as other regular regulatory reports (such as Modelling data, Basel reporting etc.) generation processes performed by Asia Consumer In-Business Risk teams to ensure these are completed according to the Operation Calendar and up to the prescribed data quality standard

Manage and actively participate in other Risk related system projects using RRTS

Represent Independent Risk, Asia Consumer in different RRTS related global committees and working groups to improve the RRTS system as well as to extend the usage of RRTS

Make strategic recommendations on how to make use of the central data to improve various risk management processes

Liaise with Business Risk Management in the Asia countries in Business Requirements gathering

Discuss with Global Consumer Risk Management and Finance Risk Architecture to incorporate Asia requirement into the global system design

Develop Asia project plan and monitor the actual implementation progress

Qualifications

University/College Graduate with major in computer, information technology or mathematics

Work Experience:

Extensive experience/knowledge in credit risk management and/or system processes with minimum 8 years in systems/technology or consumer risk management with project management experience

Technical Knowledge:

Knowledge in consumer risk management credit cycle processes and lending product operations

Proficiency in SAS programming skills

Sound functional/technical knowledge in VisionPlus (Cards) and/or, Systematics-Advanced Loans System is a plus

Able to handle multi-task

Good project management skills

Able to interface with various levels of management in Global/Region/Business and across functions

Travel within the region
