Opening for VP - Regulatory Compliance Transformation for IB based in Bangalore


We have an opening for VP- Regulatory Compliance Transformation for IB based in Bangalore .

- Regulatory Compliance Transformation (RCT) are the central project management team that deliver large scale global Transformation projects for the Regulatory Compliance (RC) organisation.

- Working in the RC Transformation team, the Lead reports into the Head of RC Transformation.

- The jobholder is required to adopt and ensure alignment with the wider Risk change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviours.

- Requires the job holder to liaise with a number of Regional and Local Compliance specialists worldwide covering Compliance functions and processes across a number of different Global Business lines.

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications :


a. Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of banking / and understanding of how change drives benefits for an organization its customers and other stakeholders

- Very strong knowledge of the external environment - regulatory, political, competitors etc.

- Strong technical knowledge in relation to Regulatory Compliance systems and processes

- Business re-engineering knowledge

- Strong understanding of Agile Change Delivery Principles

- Advanced Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches

b. Experience

- Graduate or post graduate, with 10+ years of experience

- Excellent track record of delivering large scale change for global multinational (ideally, within a Regulatory Compliance environment).

- Strong understanding of Agile Change delivery principles and able to execute using Agile techniques

- Detailed understanding of change management methodology, associated objectives and experience of the full change lifecycle

- Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills

- Proven ability to work across regions and with senior stake holders / business sponsors

- People management and leadership experience is essential

- Prior experience in process re-engineering is an added advantage

Qualifications and Accreditations

- Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)-Optional
