Job Description :
- This a senior role which requires a leader to own west region and deliver on P&L along with managing complete store operations.

Our client is a listed and amongst top Food companies globally and in India, operating 1500+ stores pan India. They have established great food brands. They are looking for an experienced leader who can grow the west region and manage complete store operations.
Description :
- The candidate will be the owner of the business (dine-in, home delivery, marketplace) which needs to be driven in an entrepreneurial manner.
- Strategizing and guiding the team towards getting maximum revenue by ensuring proper planning and right coordination with all the stakeholders involved
- A problem solving and go getter attitude for getting the things done in a truly customer first approach
- Keep looking for the different avenues of getting the business and win the customer's mindshare
- Managing store operations including inventory management, store experience, driving new acquisitions, team management (1500+ staff)
- Lead and manage a team of area and zonal heads, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure their success
- Ensure that all stores within the region deliver exceptional customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Profile :
- Candidates from Tier 1 B-school
- Extremely confident, give an eye to the detail and provide the timely resolution by engaging with the right stakeholders.
- A fair amount of knowledge about the food ordering industry (online and offline).
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize the different tasks assigned and ensure the weekly/monthly reviews with the team in order to achieve the business goals.
