Vice President - Real Estate Project -B.Tech Civil Mandatory

Position Purpose : To effectively manage and supervise the Office interiors fit-out projects for the group in India under the overall supervision of the Head of Facilities & Premises.

Responsibilities :

1. Experience in Interior Fit out, working with architects, Corporate Fit out projects.

2. Experience in Client Background, Vendor Management, Internal things and Service side

3. Candidates preferred from Architectural, Civil Engineering Background.

4. Education: Civil Engineering Degree- Preferable

5. Shift Timings: 5 Days a week + extended days and shift hours as well

- To supervise and co-ordinate all fit out project management for the Bank and its subsidiaries/SLA entities with the approved budget/time frame/quality in line with requirement and local situations.

- Involves co-ordination with internal and external stake holders including the Steering / Operating Committee

- Assisting procurement team in selection of all required project consultants, contractors and agencies required to project.

- Review of Layouts, BOQs, selection of materials, etc

- Tracking and wherever required reporting of payment tracker.

- Assisting project management consultant in kicking off work at site, attending site meetings and giving decisions/direction whenever required.

- Periodically monitoring works at site, quality control, safety and security at site

- Arranging for integrated testing of equipments prior to handover

- Facilitating in verification certification and processing of bills and payments

- Participation in site handover, and completions of snag works

- Assisting in capitalization details to be sent to finance
