Position based with one of the Large NBFC

- Business development for debt syndication & private equity placement for developers

- Real Estate Investment Banking

- Raising finance for real estate developers through private equity / debt

- Facilitating joint ventures, joint developments for developers and land owners

- Assisting funds/developers in acquiring/divesting pre-leased commercial/retail assets

- Providing bid/investment advisory services for acquisitions

- Running structured asset divestment mandates for corporates.

Candidate should have Expertise across the following areas:

- Debt Syndication & Private Equity placement for developer pan India

- Corporate Real Estate Advisory
