1-To Lead R2R process improvement, offering and directly contribute to driving growth.
2- Build depth in solution offering and Technology offerings
3-Provide support to Business Leaders on overall R2R Strategy and client-specific solutions
4-Globally lead overall R2R Transformation team.
5-Building competencies in the team to offer differentiated solutions
Requirements:
Business/results oriented:
1-Should have 5 Years strong R2R Transformation experience (Candidate should be part of core RTR Transformation team)
2-To maintain strong customer and Internal relationship.
3-Should be able effectively influence l customers
4-Should be able influence multiple internal stakeholders
5-Ability to find value added solutions for customers
6-Excellent communicator, good interpersonal skills, good presentation skills
7-Strong R2R domain understanding.
8-Prior RTR Operations experience in the BPO Industry,
9-Ability to work in an ambiguous and virtual environment
