VP - Quality - Leading BPO Sector
Vice President ( Process Quality )
Location : Gurgaon/Mumbai
- 13-15 years of experience in Process Quality in a BPO environment (Domestic)
- Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt/Black belt Certification would be a good to have
- Multi industry exposure ( Telecom/E-Commerce etc)
About role :
- Responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
- Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
- Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
- Making recommendations for improvement.
- Creating training materials and operating manuals.
