Vice President - Quality Assurance - Food & Beverage

We are looking for experienced senior professionals in Quality Assurance field for our client which is a Indian Conglomerate into the Food & Beverage Industry for Mumbai Location for a role of Head - Quality Assurance. I have mentioned underneath the key highlights of the role.

Any specific Skills / Expertise Area : Food processing & Production, Quality Assurance

Role Background - should maintain the quality of products is maintained at all manufacturing units.

Responsibilities :

- Ensuring that quality of products is maintained at all manufacturing units.

- To start up of new plants / Greenfield projects.

- Proper start up of new products.

- Constant upgradation of the manufacturing units on the quality quotient.

- To ensure and maintain product quality.

- To implement quality systems across value chain.

- To maintain quality of the pulping operations.

- Constant check on the quality of the pulp/ concentrate.

- Quality checks on the packaging material being utilized.

- Evaluation and analysis of manufacturing unit performance in terms of Quality, yield, productivity etc.

- Identification and verification of vendors for raw material as well as packaging material

- Constant upgradation regarding food laws and governing bodies.
