Vice President - QA Testing - Gaming Tech - IIT + IIM (8-15 yrs)
The Incumbent will be responsible for for following activities:-
- Responsible for all client services disciplines of practice management and engagement management and solution engineering.
- This role will be mainly responsible for Games QA with a view of expanding and growing Organizations global Games testing practice footprint.
- Will be sporting to Sr. VP - Delivery and Operations.
Also will be taking care following responsibilities..
1. Lead on growing and expanding Test Centers of Excellence of the specific region.
2. Ensure the existing accounts stay happy with the quality of work and the business grow/expand year on year
3. Interface with Sales teams to create Games QA solutions for potential and new clients
4. Interface with senior client executives to determine client needs and business objectives.
5. Responsible for running business profitably
6. Contribute actively to designing solutions that fit customer needs.
7. Actively lead on all Client governance, MBRs and QBRs on Games QA engagements
Must have following:
- B Tech from IIT and MBA from IIM
- Dealing with US & UK Clients
- Deliver & Operations Globally
Game Experience is not mandatory but the person should have passing for Gaming.
