Vice President - Project Finance - Agri

Our client a global organization is looking for a seasoned finance professional to join their- leadership team.

- You would need to carry 20+ years of multi industry and multi country experience.

- There are a few key KPIs that would drive this role in order of priority, identifying M&A opportunities, driving the project finance, fund raising (equity &debt), deal structuring, capital market transaction

- Drawing upon your cumulative experience of emerging and developed markets you would be the "go to person" for project financing in the various verticals, doing the identification and due diligence on possible mergers and- acquisitions, being the key lead in dealing with banks and external stakeholders.

- You would work closely with each business vertical on approving / managing the capital- financing for key- strategic projects / ensuring the finance model for the- deployment- of funds is as per guide lines.

- Additional you would have the operational responsibilities of four business units. Sizable and highly efficient team in place to support you.
