THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: - Post graduate degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 9+ yrs of total experience with at least 6 yrs of relevant experience in managing a project/implementation team. - Experience in end to end project delivery &amp; business analysis in investment banking firm of global repute. - SME in FX, Derivatives, Equities, Rates, Finance, banking domain. - Exposure with any of database management systems - Oracle, Sybase and SQL Server (Knowledge on python scripting &amp; Hydra databases is a plus )&amp; major technology operating systems like Unix and Windows. - Strong delivery focus backed with good management, communication, leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills - Strong quantitative and analytical skills to translate data into meaningful insights - Good experience in stakeholder management.
