Job Title: Programme Manager Corporate Grade: VP Overall purpose of role: The PM will create, own and manage the delivery of all the delivery streams from end-to-end, covering the full delivery lifecycle and all stakeholders, both business and technology. This will include coverage across all assets class flows, multiple business functions and impacted applications. Responsible for the successful delivery of projects to plan, budget and agreed quality and governance standards. The candidate will be expected to provide programme structure - Own overall delivery and management of the project - both technology and business change aspects - Create and manage overall plan, taking input from design, development, test and business change teams - Manage all stakeholders at all levels, producing necessary status reports as required, and holding relevant working group meetings on a weekly basis - Manage RAID log and actively close-down of risk and issue related actions in a timely manner, holding appropriate sessions to work through complex issues - Manage all dependencies and liaise with appropriate business leads to manage progress against plan Key Accountabilities -&nbsp; - Ensures that sufficient level of detail project and quality plans are prepared and maintained for complex projects, providing regular and accurate reports on progress against plan to stakeholders as appropriate - Identifies, assesses and manages project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, escalating as appropriate via the agreed governance framework. - Ensure project dependencies and assumptions are factored into the planning process. - Ensuring any risks, issues or assumptions related to benefit realisation are outlined - Works with management to help define and implement aspects of the strategy and vision - Translates gaps between current state architecture and strategy into a project plan/roadmap Change Management - Ensures that there is a business perspective on how the project deliverables will be delivered to the business, including planning around key business cycles, selecting appropriate customers for migration, etc. - Initiates and manages the implementation plan, including all the activities that the business needs to do to prepare for new technical components and technologies or process/organisation changes. - Tracks and reports against these activities to ensure progress. - Facilitates the business change decision-making processes and the planning and implementation of change. Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications: - Technical delivery experience in financial services&nbsp; - Ability to manage overall plan and direction of the project&nbsp; - Ability to dive into detail to resolve, track and control issues/risks&nbsp; - Full end to end project management experience or previously worked in supporting the lifecycle.&nbsp; - Experience of working with 3rd party vendors and multiple technical teams - Experience of managing delivery across different functions and across non co-located teams - Experience of delivering and coordinating across multiple functions and location - Experience of data migration, analysis and definition, and onboarding of new business - Extensive experience in managing projects with medium to high complexity, business critical and large cross-functional team spanning multiple regions and operations functions - A proven track record of the full project life cycle delivery - Strong analytical/problem solving mindset but with the ability and willingness to get into the details to find solutions to remove blockers Team Elements
