Vice President - Program Management Office - BFSI (7-15 yrs)
- Establish and run the Programme Management Office (PMO) for the global GF TOM programme which is focused on the design and implementation of the Group Finance TOM, with specific responsibilities described below:
- Planning
- Managing the replanning exercise
- Coordinating and supporting the projects identification and the creation of the BOW
- Tracking and maintaining the project plan
- Governance
- Drafting and redesign of the Program Governance
- Updating the project charter, as needed
- Helping rethink and redesign the workstream governance forums and the related terms of reference
- Maintaining the program governance documents and the terms of reference
- Status Reports
- Creating and collating program status reports for the Steering committee
- Reporting the program status in internal reporting forums, such as OnePPM
- Creating and collating workstream (e.g. Controls and Reporting) and sub-work stream (FMAR and FO&AM) status reports
- Chairing status update calls
- Preparation meeting materials and project communications for C&R working group, FO&AM status update meeting, FMAR Process Owners biweekly
- Progress tracking and Benefits realization
- Tracking and maintaining the project status
- Tracking benefits realization from ongoing projects, working closely with the internal functions to validate the headcount saves and reporting the updates
- RAID Management
- Documenting and tracking RAID items
- Maintaining the actions and decisions
Budget Management :
- Maintain the program budget, including tracking against actuals, forecasting the budgetary requirements, and reporting on the program financials
- Tracking and maintaining the spend of core and professional services and maintain a repository of all SOWs and invoices
- Supporting with special projects and assisting with preparations for project event
