Vice President - Program Management - Decision Systems - Banking Captive

Looking for Vice President with 5+ years of Project management experience 

- Ability to construct a high level milestone (Only from Banking Captives)

- Plan and translate into project plan and experience of managing projects to a plan.

- Experience working with risk systems, analytics software and cognitive computing would be an advantage

- Ability to operate well across cultures and in multi-cultural diverse work environments

- Knowledge of RCS processes or exposure to process design, re-engineering and managing change

- Key Decision Infrastructure include AAPS, Provenir, PowerCurve, TRIAD and SAS.

- Manage Project strategy and the approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes

- Drives the use of the prevailing methodologies within the Bank (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean)

- Provide support to the Regional Stakeholders and users across CCS and wider Retail banking business operations.
