Vice President - Professional Services - SaaS

As VP of Professional Services, you will lead the remote delivery aspects of the Professional Services to the global customers. As a key member of the Global team, you ensure that it remains extremely focused on enabling growth of the adoption of the skills for the strategic services, quality of the service measured through a quality measurement system for PS, contribution to financial performance objectives. Understanding and meeting customer requirements, building long-term relationships, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Global Professional Services, Sales, Solutions Engineering and operations teams to drive total customer satisfaction, services business enhancements and growth.

This position requires a dynamic, hard-working and ambitious individual, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Individuals will also possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills and have experience managing and evolving professional services consulting practices.

Responsibilities:

- Accountable for quality of the services being delivered to the field professional services globally.

- Responsible for leading the cloud, migration, automation of services.

- Responsible for creating and aligning the company plan, business strategy and worldwide Services & Support strategy.

- Team with Professional Services managers to deliver services within all geographies.

- Act as the Senior services resource for all customer-facing meetings.

- Drive corporate best practices throughout the Clients teams to ensure consistent, high quality and repeatable solutions.

- Contribute to the planning and budget process as it relates to planning, goal attainment, expense management, and revenue recognition.

- Manage, track and forecast financial targets and provide reporting and submission of financial data to support corporate actions.

- Proven ability to contribute and manage the delivery elements of Professional Services line of business.

- A Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in a technical or business discipline is required.

- A minimum of 15 - 20 years in a Professional Services management position with handling of big team.

- Must have experience supporting Professional Services and strong computer science fundamentals.

- A global service delivery experience is preferred
