Desired background :
- Educational background - graduation/post graduation from premier institutes - IIT / IIM
- 4+ years of proven experience as a product manager or a similar role in a B2C setup
- Demonstrated record of success in owning and driving digital sales and customer acquisition
- Deep experience in integrating customer needs, product design and technology
- Go getter with creative lateral thinking abilities for identifying and plugging gaps in product
- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of technology and business
- Multi-channel marketing (incl. offline) experience a plus
