- Bring consumer first mindset and work backwards. Understand consumer pain points/needs and business imperatives to define product roadmap and strategy
- Write detailed product use cases, define customer journeys and evaluate business applicability of each feature
- Prioritise basis objective impact and urgency
- Work with cross-functional teams such as User Research, UX Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations
- Design delightful user experiences
- Take part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, manage expectations and track roadmap
- Own what you are build - Running edge cases, testing products proactively and measuring success metrics regularly
- Be on top of payment industry trends and competition
