Looking for person with 12+ years of solid experience in Product Management having developed and launched products from scratch
2. We are looking for B2B SaaS product management development experience leading high- performance product teams
3. Ideal candidate would have worked on Products with a focus on the US Customers/Market
4. Should have led teams of PMs for a Product Portfolio comprising of multiple products
5. Should have a proven track record of developing strong teams of product managers have the skills for developing great people along with the skills for developing great products.
6. Education background preferably from top tier schools like IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB would be great
7. Should be highly motivated, pro-active and a self-starter and able to handle ambiguity and chart out the path forward
8. Should be solid in data-driven and Agile software development in a fast-paced setup
9. Solid understanding and appreciation of Technology, Products, Markets and Business is the key
10. Solid hands-on experience and desire to build customer-centric products and work closely with engineering and UX teams to achieve that
11. Relevant Product Management experience or Entrepreneurship experience would be a plus
12. Domain knowledge is CSR/Grants/Sustainability/ESG space would be a plus as well
